Own and Manage all aspects of Insights & reporting for the loyalty program from problem definition to insight delivery, influencing marketing action.The team depends heavily on data for driving various initiatives (examples include measuring impact from experiments, forecasting sales and traffic for upcoming months and sale events, predicting churn, performing deep-dives on critical problem areas etc.) and hence requires a good mix of analytical storytellers and planners to be part of the team. The Insider team is responsible for Myntra’s most loyal customers - Myntra Insiders.The team focuses on driving maximum traffic, revenue and engagement from these customers by ensuring a truly differentiated experience and rewards. This role rests within the Insider team, part of the Marketing function of Myntra.
